     Sweet Potato Recipe

Ingredients
5 medium sweet potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
Topping-
 
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except for the topping.
Put in casserole dish.
Spread the topping over the sweet potato mixture.
Cook in a 350 degree oven until bubbly, 30-40 min.
