1 red and 1 green jalapeno pepper,halved,seeded ,

and minced(2 tblsp total)

2 tblsp cider vinegar

3 - 6 oz jelly jars

Instructions |
|
|
stir jelly in a sauce pan over medium heat till melted and smooth.
add peppers and vinegar.
simmer 5 minutes
|
|
|
pour into 3 (6 oz) hot,clean jelly jars
divide peppers amongst jars
cover loosely and refrigerate 1 hour till jelly has set.

|
pour over a softened block of cream cheese, serve with crackers
