cream together
1/2 cup shortning
1 cup sugar
add 1 egg
1 cup grated zucchini
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
 
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts
Instructions
bake 350 for 12-15 min
frosting 1/4 cup butter 2 cups powdered sugar 2 tsp 1/2 and 1/2 1 tsp vanilla mix well frost cookies
