Preheat oven to 350. Mix butter, cream cheese and flour, using a pastry cutter/knife together to make a dough. Separate dough into 48 small balls. Press dough into mini tart pans. Sprinkle pecan pieces into the crust.
Mix brown sugar, salt, vainilla and eggs together. Put one teaspoon filling into each crust. Put a pecan half on top. Bake at 350 for 15-17 min., then at 250 for 10 min.
