     Mom's Italian Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
STEP 1- 3/4 cup Milk
1 cup COCOA MEASURED
1 cup Sugar
STEP 2-
5 Cups all purpose flour (Martha White)
1 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon all spice
 
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoon baking powder 1 cup chopped pecans
Step 3-
1 stick margarine melted
3 eggs
Step 4- ICING - 1 stick of Margarine softened not melted
1 box Powdered sugar
vanilla flavor (about table spoon)
about 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
Dissolve over medium heat/stir until smooth and let cool
Mix all together
beat eggs add melted margarine and then add to COOLED liquid and then mix with dry ingredients.
Mix all ingredients together and then roll COOLED cookies in the icing and let me dry on WAX paper overnight! You usually have to double this step for one batch of cookies!!!!!!!!!!
