Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet , brown ground beef. Drain off excess fat. Stir in pizza sauce, mushrooms, oregano and garlic salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Combine rotini and milk. In 2 qt. casserole, layer half of each of the meat sauce, rotini and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake covered in for 30 to 35 min. Garnish with salami slices, cherry tomatoes, and parsley if desired
