     Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
2 bags Simply Potatoes hash browns - found in refrig. section next to eggs can also use Simply Potot
2 cups sharp or mild shredded cheddar
1 pint sour cream
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 large can cream of chicken soup
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 stick butter
 

Instructions
Combine all ingrediants (except cornflakes and butter) and put in a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with flakes and drizzle with melted butter. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
