Ingredients
4 handfuls strawberries, hulled
2 handfuls bluberries
2 handfuls raspberries
1 pint soya milk
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
2 ice cubes
 

Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into two chilled glasses and drink at once.
Serving Suggestions
Post-swim.
