10 cherry tomatoes, halved

2 large handfuls of baby rocket
|

1 handful of seedless grapes, halved if large

1/2 each yellow and red capsicum, diced

1 sping onion, sliced

4 tblspns balsamic vinegar dressing

1/2 pack feta
|

optional- handful of sundried tomatoes, chopped

Instructions |

|
|
Place rocket in bottom of your salad bowl.
Pour over 1 tblsp balsamic dressing
|
|

Add cucumber, spring onion, apple, tomatoes, capsicum and grapes
|
|
|
|
Pour over remaining balsamic dressing
|
|
|
|
Crumble feta over top of salad (and add sundried tomatoes if using)
|
