Meringue cookies

Ingredients

	2 egg whites
	1/3 cup of sugar
	1/4 tsp of salt (pinch)
	1/2 tsp vanilla or peppermint
	6 oz chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions


Preheat oven to 375.


beat egg whites to stiff peaks and add sugar gradually beat constantly add a pinch of salt fold in chocolate chips.


Drop by spoonful on un-greased cookie sheet.


put cookies in oven. TURN OFF HEAT. Leave in closed oven over night. Pull out in morning and enjoy.
