     Garlic Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 can refried beans
1tbsp cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/3 c reduced fat mayo
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
 
Instructions
Combine beans, vinegar, garlic, salt and cumin and blend till smooth.
Add mayo and parsley.
Cover and refrigerate until served.
