     stuffed deer mushrooms

Ingredients
1lb venison
1/4 lb jimmy deans spice pork
1 cup chopped onion
1lb portabella mushrooms- destemmed
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
 
3/4 maynaise
1/2 cup parmesian cheese
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs

Instructions
brown venison and pork. Drain set aside. Cut stems out of mushrooms and finely chop the stems put aside
Mix together- mayo, parmesian cheese and bread crumbs in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of the mayo mixture to the venison and pork.
Mix all other ingredients including the chopped mushrooms stems into the meat mixture.
Using the stove top, warm this mixture up. Now, spoon the mixture into the mushrooms and top with the left over mayo mixture. Place in the oven on 400 degrees for about 15 mins or until golden brown.
