     Pie Crust

Ingredients
2 C. Flour
1 t.sp Salt
2/3 C plus 2 T Crisco
 

Instructions
Mix Flour and Salt together. Add the Crisco and mix with a Hand Mixer until looks like a Corn Meal.
use 1 C Ice Water-add to flour mixture slowly until it starts to stick together.
The least you can handle the dough, the flakier it will be. Cut the dough in half and roll out on a floure board
This amount will make a 9 inch pie crust or a 9 x 13 Cobbler.
