Melt butter in large stock pot. Saute onion and
celery until onion is translucent. Add sage and
thyme and cook 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup of stock and stir. Cook 5 minutes, until
stock is reduced by about half.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into bird or a buttered casserole dishes.
If baking in casserole dish, bake uncovered at 350
degrees about 30 minutes, until browned. If cooking
in bird, follow instructions provided on the bird
packaging.
