1 can each no-salt-added- diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green peas, and green beans
1 cup frozen corn
˝ tsp. salt
Black pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dried- basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary
Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot. Add first four ingredients, and sauté until
onions begin turning translucent. Add the garlic and spices, and
sauté for an additional 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients
and bring to a small boil. Stir, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for
about 30 minutes.

Suggestions
Serve with a fresh herb garnish, if available
