     Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
2 C Raw Peanuts
2/3 C White Kayro Syrup
1 1/2 C sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
 
Instructions
Combine sugar and syrup, cook on med-low heat until dissolved. Add peanuts. When mixture starts to bubble keep stirring.
When peanuts get brown and starts to pop take off heat and add baking soada.
Stir well and pour on greased cookie sheet. Cool and break apart.
