     Pecan Pie

Ingredients
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of dark corn syrup
1 cup of light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
3 tbsp. of flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. of white vinegar
1 cup of chopped pecans
pastry for a single pie crust (9 inches)
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk the sugar, flour, corn syrup, eggs, vinegar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell. Cover edges with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minues. Remove foil; bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until toothpick is clean.
