Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking
spray.
Combine tomato juice, soy sauce, maple flavor, stevia, chicken
broth, minced garlic and sesame seeds in a bowl and mix well.
Dip chicken breasts in the sauce to coat and place in the slow
cooker. Pour remaining sauce on top.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. You
could thicken the sauce up by adding some arrowroot powder
the last half hour or cooking the sauce on the stove for a few
minutes.
