Cream oil, sugar, and eggs. Sift flour, salt, soda, baking powder, and cinnamon together. Add apples, cherries, dates, nuts, and vanilla. Grease pan and pour mixture in tube or bundt pan. Bake at 300 for 1 1.2 hours or until done.
