Brown onion. Add garlic, spices, salt & pepper. Add
cabbage, carrots & paprika. Half cover with water
and cook for 10 minutes

Add tomatoes & courgettes. Cook for another 5-10
minutes. Add chickpeas.

|
|
Boil water, add same amount of couscous. Add salt &
pepper. Cover.
|
|
|
Add fresh coriander & serve!
