APPLE MIXTURE

3-4 apples, peeled and thinly sliced

5 tablespoons of sugar
|

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

CAKE BATTER
|
|
3 cups of flour
|
|
1 cup of oil
|
|
1/4 cup of orange juice
|
|
2 cups of sugar
|
|
|
|
4 eggs
|
|
2 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
|
|
3 teaspoons of baking powder
|
|
1/2 teaspoon of salt
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Pre-heat oven to 350.
|
|
|
Combine all batter ingredients. Beat well with an electric mixture. (Batter will be thick.)
|

|
In a bundt pan, layer batter and apples, beginning and ending with batter.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done. Test with a toothpick until it comes out clean.
