     Pumpkin roll

Ingredients
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup Libby's 100% pure pumpkin
 
Filling-1 8oz package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
6 tablespoons softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.Grease a jellyroll pan or cookie sheet lined with wax paper and grease and Flour the wax paper. Sprinkle a dish towel with powdered sugar. set aside Combine flour,baking powder,baking soda,cinnamon,cloves,salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
Beat eggs and sugar. Beat in pumpkin. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture and mix. Spread evenly in jellyroll pan or on cookie sheet.
BAKE 13 TO 15 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.Immediately flip onto sprinkled towel. Peel off wax paper and roll in sprinkled towel beginning at narrow end. Let cool.
Mix filling ingredients together until smooth. Unroll cake and towel. Spread filling onto cake. re-roll and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for several hours before slicing. Sprinkle with powered sugar if desired. Enjoy.
