Preheat oven to 375
Combine butters, sugars, pudding, and vanilla; beat until smooth in electric mixer.
Beat in eggs.
Slowly add flour, baking soda, and choc. chips.
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake in 375 oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown. I usually have to let them sit on the sheet for a few minutes because they are so moist.
