Sprinkle rice into greased casserole dish. Pour cream of chicken over and spread. Lay pieces of chicken on top. Add 1 to 1-1/2 c. milk. Add 1 to 1-1/2 c. water. Season. Cover with foil and bake. Stir 1-1/2 hours into baking and add milk if dry.
Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
