Mix flour, butter, and nuts and press into the bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees. Allow to cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and prepared Dream Whip -- spread evenly over crust in baking dish. Refrigerate for 30 min.

|
Mix milk and both boxes of instant pudding mix -- carefully spread over cream cheese mixture in baking dish. Refrigerate for 30 min.

|
Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture, sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Keep refrigerated.
