Ingredients
1 to 2 lbs cooked meat
MARINADE
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp powdered onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
dash nutmeg
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 
1/2 cup soy sauce
splash of liquid smoke
pinch brown sugar

Instructions
bake meat (roast ground round ground chuck)remove fat and bones mix marinade together and soak meat in mixture stirring so marinade touches meat.marinate for half a day or overnight.remove meat from marinate cut into 1/4 inch strips dry meat on trays until cracks apart when put under pressure with fingers or put in dehydrater
