     Cilantro Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
2 medium cloves garlic
2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lime juiced
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 pound pasta (spaghetti good)
2-3 bunches fresh cilantro
 

Instructions
boil the pasta in salted water, before draining retain 1/2 cup of the pasta water
while cooking the pasta, separate the cilantro stems and throw out, then combine the leaves with all the other ingredients in a blender and process
add pasta water and process again, taste and adjust ingredients as necessary
combine with pasta and voila!
