     Loaded Potatoe Soup

Ingredients
1 gallon water
2 1/2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 TBS. chicken stock
1/2 Tbs. each white pepper, black pepper and salt
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 lb. butter
1 1/2 cup flour
2 cups half and half
 
For soup toppings-
Shredded Cheese
Bacon bits
Chives

Instructions
Bring water to a boil. Add potatoes to water and chicken stock, salt and pepper. Cook 10-12 minutes.(When potatoes are half done)
Add cheese soup and simmer for 10 minutes.
Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add flour-cook over medium heat stirring constantly 3-4 minutes. Do not brown.
Whisk flur mixture in to soup and bring to a boil. Reduce heatr and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in half and half. Heat to serving temperature. Do not boil. Garnish with toppings.
