Ingredients

	1.4 lbs ground sirloin
	1/2 cup oats
	1 egg
	onion - roasted
	green pepper - roasted
	red pepper - roasted
	2 tsp worchestshire sauce


Instructions


roast the peppers and onions until brown. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 until internal temp is 165 (approximately 1 hour)


remove from oven and pat dry with paper towel and cover with ketchup, return to oven for another 10 minutes.
