1 Tbsp. mustard with horseradish or just horseradish
1 tsp. powdered ginger
3 hearty dashes Tabasco or other hot sauce
3 cups cooked rice ready for dinner
1 frying chicken or 4 large skinned, boned chicken breasts
Instructions
Blend together first eight ingredients in a saucepan and heat until jellymelts. Pour over chicken breasts that have been salted & peppered in a large baking dish. Marinate in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
allowing yourself 1-1/2 hours before serving, take chicken from refrigerator and bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for one hour. Uncover and increase oven temperatue to 400 degrees and cook for 15 more minutes, basting if needed.
While chicken is bubbling away, cook your rice. Make sure it's a hearty rice to receive the chicken and delicious sauce!
Serve chicken over rice.
