Ingredients
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup shortning
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 -2 cups rhubarb
 
Instructions
mix together pour into 9x13 pan top with 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 tsp cinammon
bake 350 for 35 min
