3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1/2cup brown sugar

1/4 cup all purpose flour

2 1/2 T butter

1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions |
|
|
Mash potatoes and mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
|
|
|
Smooth into a greased 9 X 13 baking pan.
|
|
|
Mix brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans together to form topping.
|
|
|
Sprinkle topping on top of sweet potatoes and bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
