     Oyster Stew

Ingredients
1 pint freshly shucked oysters
2 Tbs butter
1 qt of milk
season with salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Drain liquor from oysters and place is med sized sauce pan, bring to a boil and skim. Add oysters and simmer on low until oysters begin to curl. Heat milk in another pan until almost boiling, add butter and salt and pepper mix, then add milk, stir well and serve with crackers.
