     Corn Meal Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs melted butter
3/4 cup milk
1 egg beaten
 
Instructions
Mix and sift dry ingredients, gradually add milk, egg, & melted butter, mix well. Add to greased muffin pans 2/3 way full, bake at 400 about 25 minutes.
