RUB spareribs with cumin and cinnamon. Arrange in 13x9 baking dish.
BAKE at 400°F. for 30 min. Turn ribs over and bake 15 min. Mix enchilada sauce and honey.
POUR enchilada sauce mixture over ribs. Bake 30 min. or until tender, basting occasionally. To serve, stir sauce and spoon over ribs.
