Ingredients
2 pound bag frozen hash brown potatoes - defrost
1/2 c oleo
1 pt sour cream
1 can cr. of chicken soup
1 t salt
dash pepper
2 c grated cheese
1/2 c chopped onion
Mix all together
 
Topping-
2 cups corn flakes1/2 C MELTED BUTTER, mix together
Instructions
Bake 350 for 1 hour. Can double.
Serving Suggestions
Make it a meal and add diced ham
