     Glazed Pork & Rice Skillet

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick each
1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
3/4 cup apricot preserves OR orange marmalade
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 cups uncooked instant white rice
 

Instructions
COOK chops in nonstick skillet until browned. Remove chops. ADD broth, preserves and mustard. Heat to a boil. STIR in rice. Top with chops. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
