2 cups selfrising flour (or 2 cups flour, 3 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt)

1 cup oil

3 eggs

2 6oz jars baby food plums

3 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp all spice, 1/4 tsp nutmeg)

1/2 tsp cloves

| |
1/4 tsp baking powder
|
| |
2 tbs powdered sugar

Instructions |

Mix all ingredients just until blended and pour in
greased bundt pan. Bake 350 for 40-45 mins. Sprinkle
with powdered sugar when cooled.
