In a large bowl, combine Sour Cream, Soup, Poppy Seeds and Dill; mix well. Stir in the Chicken and Rice. Spread into a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish. Combine Crumbs and Butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
