Ingredients
 
•1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
•1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
•2 egg whites
•1/2 tsp vanilla
•Dash salt
•1/4 tsp cream of tartar
•2/3 cup sugar

Instructions
Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet or grease a cookie sheet. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, vanilla, and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold in coconut and chips. Using a teaspoon, drop onto cookie sheet. Bake in a slow oven at 325 degrees, about 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
