Use cuisinart to slice onions, zucchini, peppers.
Set aside. Puree beans with water in cuisinart. Set
aside. Saute onions, zucchini, peppers, and garlic,
then add corn, cumin, red pepper flakes. Cook 2
minutes.

Spray a 3qt round souffle dish with cooking spray.
Place 1 tortilla in bottom of dish, and 1/4 bean
mixture, 1/4 sauted vegetables, cheese, and sauce.
Repeat for next 4 layers. Bake at 350 for 45
minutes. Can freeze well uncooked.
