     Macaroni and Tomato and Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound smoked sausage
1 large onion chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
2 quarts tomatoes
3 tbs brown sugar
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper
3 cups macaroni, cooked and drained
 
Instructions
Cut sausage into pieces and brown, add onions and celery. When tender, add remaining ingredients and let simmer. Add macaroni at end.
