1/2 cup ketchup (enough to squirt on top of each pork chop)
3 tbs brown sugar
Instructions
Brown chops well on both sides and layer in large
skillet. Put a slice of onion on top of each with
ketchup. Add all other ingredients, cover, and
simmer for 1.5 hrs. Serve with rice.
