Use a large crock-pot and layer ingredients in order. Cover and set temperature on low for 2 hours. Do not uncover while cooking. With wooden spoon, blend well and drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper.
Notes-
A fun recipe to make and your kids can help by pouring in the contents, because you don't turn on the crock-pot until all has been added, so`no burns. Use your imagination with the nuts; I tried peanuts, sunflower seeds, cashews, walnuts and a mixture of macadamia nuts and almonds.
