Stew raisins in 2 cups of warm water for 15 minutes. Add 1 cup cold water and remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into 13x9 cake pan-greased and floured. Bake 30 minutes in pre-heated 350 oven until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes cut and serve.
