Place 1/3 tsp butter in 9 glass custard cups, place in hot 350 oven for 5 minutes. Beat very throughly 3 eggs, milk, flour & salt. Pour into hot cups filling them 1/2 full. Bake in 425 oven for 40 to 50 minutes until lightly brown.
