     Peppery Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
19 inch deep Pie Shell
1/4 lb Ground Hamburger
14 oz can Chopped Green Chilies
1 pkg grated Swiss or Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbs Flour
6 slices thick Bacon
4 med Green Onions
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg, beaten, in 1 C Milk
 
Red Pepper

Instructions
Cook Bacon, Onion and Hamburger in skillet; add a little wine to absorb grease until all is tender. Drain Bacon, cut into small pieces and put Bacon, Onion and Hamburger into pie shell. Top with Green Chilies and Cheese. Combine last four ingredients and pour over ingredients already in pie shell. Sprinkle over top with Paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.
