In skillet, heat 8 inch flour tortilla until softened and browned; turn over. Sprinkle with 1/4 C each shredded Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapenos and shredded smoked Turkey; fold in half and flatten with spatula. Heat on each side until cheese melts. Serve with Salsa and chopped Onions.
