Ingredients
1 1/2 C. Warm Water
1 Tbs. yeast
1 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 C. flour
 
Instructions
Soften yeast in warm water and add sugar. Then add salt and flour. Mix or kneed. Form into any shape.
Bake on cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Coat with butter and salt. Or coat with butter and shake the pretzel in a ziplock bag of cinnamon and sugar.
