     Peanut Butter and Jam-Filled Waffles

Ingredients
8slices bacon, if desired
8frozen buttermilk, low-fat or multi-grain waffles
1/2cup creamy peanut butter
1/4cup strawberry or any flavor jam or preserves
 

Instructions
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels; set aside. Toast waffles as directed on package. Spread 4 waffles with peanut butter and half of the jam. Top each waffle with 2 bacon slices, breaking slices to fit waffles. Top with remaining waffles; press slightly. Place on individual serving plates; drizzle with remaining jam. Serve with knife and fork.
